  • The candidate must have a minimum level of work experience in a profession that is classified under NOC skill level 0, A or B and the profession must be on-demand in the province. (In the case, the profession is controlled in the province, candidate must provide licensing or relevant certificate).
  • Must have adequate funding and a settlement plan.
